Owl Mittens

Well I felt a little silly when I asked my sister if there were "supposed to be little creatures" on the mittens she knit me... because clearly, they feature these amazing little OWLS.

Owl Mittens

My sister tends to be a little tardy when it comes to gifting... These mittens came a month late but just in time for some very strange and chilly March weather. Hello rainbows, snow, and sunshine.

The way I see it, owls are the new cupcakes and I predict foxes will be the new owls. Any one else feel that?

There are totally owls on your mittens :) I saw a photo of baby owls the other day and got the warm fuzzies. They were just about the cutest things ever.

I agree that they are completely the new "cupcake" cuteness fad. The problem I have with this is that my nickname growing up has always been the "wise owl", born with huge eyes and speech impairments that left me quiet...so, I have all these now "cute" creatures around my house that I've always adored. Should I take advantage of the fad and sell them?

Thanks for the vegan cookies recipe that you shared, I also modified it by using oats and less vegan butter with some apple sauce.
